Xoxoday does not allow client-initiated stress, load, endurance, or breakpoint testing on its production environment, but provides verified performance analytics and uptime reports through Cloudflare analytics and internal monitoring dashboards upon request.

Why Xoxoday restricts client-side performance testing

Xoxoday operates a multi-tenant platform serving organisations across regions. Permitting individual clients to run stress, endurance, or breakpoint tests against production infrastructure would introduce unacceptable risk to the shared environment, potentially degrading service quality for every customer simultaneously. This restriction is consistent with enterprise SaaS industry norms and aligns with the controls required under Xoxoday’s SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks. Protecting platform stability is a shared responsibility — Xoxoday manages the infrastructure layer so your team does not have to.

What Xoxoday provides instead

Rather than exposing production systems to external test traffic, Xoxoday gives your IT or security team access to real performance data gathered directly from production operations. On request, Xoxoday can share:
  • Cloudflare analytics reports covering request volume, latency distributions, error rates, and geographic traffic patterns across Xoxoday services.
  • Internal monitoring dashboards that surface uptime history, API response times, and platform health trends over configurable time windows.
These reports reflect actual system behaviour under real-world conditions — which is often more meaningful than synthetic load test results run against a staging clone.

Requesting performance data for your due diligence

If your organisation needs performance evidence for a vendor assessment, a security review, or an integration planning exercise — for example, before connecting Xoxoday to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox via API — your account team can arrange access to the relevant reports. Requests are typically handled through your existing customer success or implementation contact. For integrations that route notifications through Slack or MS Teams, Cloudflare analytics can also confirm that webhook delivery latency falls within acceptable thresholds for your workflow tooling.

What the data covers

The reports available through Cloudflare analytics and Xoxoday’s internal dashboards include system uptime percentages, p95 and p99 API response times, incident history with resolution timelines, and traffic volume benchmarks. This gives your organisation a factual, auditable view of Xoxoday’s production performance without requiring any direct testing activity. If your requirements go beyond what standard reports cover, raise a specific request with your account team. Xoxoday’s infrastructure and security teams evaluate bespoke performance documentation requests on a case-by-case basis. Learn more: Xoxoday Help Centre — Monitoring
