In On-Premise mode, the platform can be operated under two management models: (1) Self-managed by your organisation’s IT team, with Xoxoday providing application-level support, updates, and patches remotely; or (2) Managed remotely by Xoxoday as application managed service provider, with your organisation retaining control of hardware and network infrastructure. If Xoxoday manages the application layer remotely, secure access will be provided via your organisation’s VPN or a privileged access management gateway, with your organisation controlling access approvals.
