Certificate templates are fully customizable, allowing teams to generate branded, print-ready PDFs at the point of award.
Homepage layouts adapt to each client’s context. The Empuls homepage supports configurable widgets, promotional banners, and quick-access links, so different employee segments or business units see content relevant to them. A sales team’s homepage might surface a leaderboard widget alongside a banner promoting a quarterly incentive campaign, while an operations view prioritizes policy announcements.
For organizations running HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox, customization extends to data sync preferences and field mapping. Notification delivery via Slack or Microsoft Teams can also be configured per user group, keeping recognition communications consistent with existing collaboration workflows.
Advanced customization — including UI/UX component modifications or purpose-built modules — is scoped and delivered by the Empuls implementation team.
