Every digital reward or offer issued through Xoxoday Plum carries a unique QR code or barcode. At the outlet, staff can scan this code directly, or the recipient can enter the code alongside a 4-digit store PIN in the web or mobile interface. The PIN requirement adds a layer of fraud prevention without creating friction for legitimate redemptions.

Merchant and Staff Portal

Outlet staff can log into Xoxoday Plum’s merchant portal, search for a voucher or offer by code, and confirm validation with a single step. Every validation event is recorded in real time, giving the merchant a timestamped audit trail for settlement and the issuing business a transparent view of reward utilization across all locations.

POS Integration

For enterprises with established point-of-sale infrastructure — or those running HR and procurement workflows in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox — Xoxoday Plum exposes validation APIs that integrate directly into POS systems. When a customer scans a QR code or enters a voucher code at checkout, the POS triggers a real-time validation call, deducts the relevant points balance, and writes the completed transaction back to the central ledger. No manual reconciliation is required.
