Xoxoday’s employee engagement platform is hosted exclusively on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the USA and does not support private or customer-specified deployments on SAP data centers, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Ali Cloud.
Xoxoday operates as a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. This architecture is deliberate — it allows Xoxoday to deliver consistent, high-availability service to global organizations without requiring customers to provision, manage, or secure their own infrastructure. Deployment requests for private hosting environments — including SAP data centers, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Ali Cloud — are not supported. Xoxoday does not offer on-premise installations or single-tenant cloud deployments in any customer-specified environment.

Why Multi-Tenant SaaS?

The shared SaaS model delivers concrete advantages for enterprise HR and IT teams. Xoxoday pushes continuous product updates, security patches, and compliance improvements to all customers simultaneously, so organizations always run the latest version without scheduling maintenance windows or coordinating internal IT resources for upgrades. Integration reliability is a direct benefit of this approach. When Xoxoday releases an updated connector for Slack, Microsoft Teams, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox, every customer receives it immediately. There is no version fragmentation between tenants, which means IT teams spend less time troubleshooting compatibility gaps between their HRIS and the rewards platform.

Security and Compliance on AWS

Xoxoday’s security posture is built on AWS’s enterprise-grade infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, network access is tightly isolated, and Xoxoday undergoes regular third-party audits. Xoxoday holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications, giving enterprise buyers and procurement teams independently verified proof of security controls. Organizations in regulated industries — financial services, healthcare, or multinational enterprises with strict data governance policies — can request Xoxoday’s full security documentation and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to satisfy internal vendor risk assessment processes.

What This Means for Global Rollouts

For an HR team deploying Xoxoday across APAC, EMEA, and North America simultaneously, the centralized hosting model simplifies governance considerably. A single configuration covers all regions — employees access one portal, program administrators manage rewards from a unified dashboard, and data handling is governed by Xoxoday’s published privacy and compliance framework. There is no per-region infrastructure negotiation and no custom deployment timeline to coordinate. If your organization has specific data residency requirements or is evaluating Xoxoday against regional compliance mandates, contact Xoxoday’s enterprise team to discuss available contractual frameworks and the current product roadmap.
