Xoxoday’s implementation is managed entirely by its in-house Solution Engineering and Customer Success teams, with a dedicated implementation specialist and customer success manager assigned to every account.
What the implementation covers
The process spans four core areas. Data migration ensures that existing records — such as employee data, reward histories, or loyalty point balances — are accurately transferred into Xoxoday. Platform configuration then aligns Xoxoday’s modules to your organisation’s specific workflows, approval hierarchies, branding guidelines, and reward catalogues. Integration setup connects Xoxoday to the tools your teams already use. Xoxoday supports HRIS platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Darwinbox; communication tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams; and ERP or CRM systems central to your business operations. Xoxoday’s engineers configure these connections so that data flows reliably between systems without ongoing manual intervention. User onboarding completes the rollout. This phase covers role-based training, administrator documentation, and structured knowledge transfer sessions to ensure your teams can operate Xoxoday confidently from the moment it goes live.A dedicated team for every account
Every implementation is assigned a dedicated implementation specialist alongside a customer success manager. The implementation specialist owns the technical configuration and integration work. The customer success manager handles stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, and user adoption planning. This dual-ownership model keeps both technical delivery and business outcomes on track throughout the engagement.Enterprise and multi-country deployments
For organisations running enterprise-grade rollouts or deploying Xoxoday across multiple countries, Xoxoday supports a hybrid implementation model. In this model, Xoxoday’s internal teams collaborate with certified implementation partners to manage regional complexity, localisation requirements, and compliance considerations. This is particularly relevant where distinct regulatory or cultural factors require local expertise alongside Xoxoday’s global delivery capability. Throughout every phase, Xoxoday maintains data security standards aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications, so your organisation’s data is handled with enterprise-grade rigour from the first day of implementation.
