Xoxoday delivers a structured six-phase implementation process—spanning pre-implementation review, discovery, configuration, customisation, UAT, and post-launch support—with a dedicated Customer Success Manager and SLA-backed assistance throughout.

Phase 1: Pre-Implementation

Xoxoday begins every engagement with a structured review of the Statement of Work, security clearances, and legal agreements. Compliance documentation—including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications—is shared at this stage to satisfy your organisation’s procurement and infosec requirements. Payment setup is also completed here to ensure there are no administrative blockers before configuration starts.

Phase 2: Discovery and Planning

Xoxoday works with your organisation to identify key stakeholders, set project timelines, and align on a launch strategy. Branding inputs such as logos, colour palettes, and tone-of-voice guidelines are gathered at this stage, enabling the customisation phase to proceed without rework. A shared project plan is agreed upon before the team moves into configuration.

Phase 3: Configuration and Integration

Xoxoday configures workflows, user roles, and reward structures specific to your organisation’s programmes. Integrations with HRIS platforms—including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Darwinbox—are set up alongside SSO authentication and communication channels such as Slack and Microsoft Teams. This means employees can access recognition and rewards without leaving the tools they already use daily.

Phase 4: Customisation

Xoxoday supports full white-labelling so your organisation can present the experience under its own brand. Local language and currency configurations are activated based on where your workforce is located, making the platform relevant for global and regional teams alike.

Phase 5: Testing and Review

Before go-live, Xoxoday runs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) collaboratively with your internal team. Every workflow, integration, and reward catalogue configuration is validated against the agreed specifications. Issues identified during UAT are resolved before the production environment is promoted to live.

Phase 6: Launch and Post-Launch Support

Xoxoday coordinates go-live activities across time zones and supports both phased rollouts and full simultaneous launches. After launch, your organisation has access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager, structured training sessions, and an SLA-backed help desk. All post-launch support is delivered virtually, ensuring consistent assistance regardless of where your teams are based. Learn more: Xoxoday Help Centre — Implementation
