Xoxoday follows a four-week structured implementation plan — covering kickoff, platform configuration, user acceptance testing, and go-live — ensuring your organisation is fully operational within 30 days of contract signing.

A Predictable Path from Contract to Launch

Speed to value matters. Xoxoday’s implementation methodology is designed to eliminate ambiguity and compress timelines without cutting corners on quality or security. Every deployment follows the same four-week sequence, adapted to your organisation’s specific systems and workflows.

Week 1: Project Kickoff and Requirements

Xoxoday schedules a kickoff meeting in the first week to align on project scope, milestones, and technical requirements. This session confirms which systems need to connect — including third-party HRMS platforms like Workday or Darwinbox, communication tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams, and identity providers like Okta for Single Sign-On. Capturing these dependencies early prevents delays in the configuration phase.

Week 2: Platform Configuration and Integration

With requirements locked, Xoxoday configures the platform to reflect your organisation’s structure: business units, approval workflows, reward catalogues, and brand identity. Integrations with Workday, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Okta SSO are activated and verified during this week, and the environment is handed over for an initial stakeholder review. By the end of Week 2, a working instance is available for your team to evaluate.

Week 3: Testing, UAT, and Refinements

Xoxoday runs internal quality assurance before opening the platform for user acceptance testing (UAT). Your team validates workflows, reward redemption flows, and notification triggers against the agreed requirements. Any refinements — whether to approval logic, point allocation rules, or communication templates — are incorporated before the final rollout strategy is confirmed.

Week 4: Training, Go-Live, and Ongoing Support

Admin and manager training sessions are conducted in the final week, supported by documentation and self-service resources. Xoxoday executes the official launch and assigns a dedicated Customer Success Manager to handle post-launch queries, monitor adoption, and address any issues that arise in the first operational weeks. Support does not end at go-live.

Why the Timeline Holds

Xoxoday’s implementation track record is backed by enterprise-grade security standards — ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type II compliance — which means the configuration, data handling, and access control steps within the four-week plan are already built around requirements your IT and legal teams will expect. There are no last-minute security reviews that stall launch. Learn more: Xoxoday Help Centre — Onboarding
