The employee can browse the rewards catalog and apply any portion of their balance toward a redemption. The remaining points stay in the wallet, available for the next purchase. For example, an employee who has earned 800 points might find a voucher worth 500 points in the catalog. They can redeem exactly 500 points for that voucher and retain the remaining 300 points for a future redemption. No points are forfeited, and no action is forced on a timeline the employee did not choose.

Employees who prefer to accumulate points toward a specific goal can hold their balance and redeem it in one transaction once they reach the target.
