Empuls provides every employee with a personal profile page that displays a full chronological history of recognitions received and given — including peer awards, manager recognitions, milestone celebrations, and core value badges — all time-stamped and searchable.
Every Empuls user has a personal profile page that serves as a living record of their recognition journey within the organisation. All recognitions appear here automatically — whether they arrive as a peer shoutout on the social feed, a manager-initiated award, a milestone celebration, or a core value badge. Each entry is time-stamped and listed in reverse chronological order, so employees can scroll back through months or years of acknowledgement in a single place.

Recognitions Received and Given

The profile page captures both sides of the recognition exchange. Employees can see every recognition they have received from peers, managers, and the automated recognition system. They can also see all the appreciations they have extended to colleagues, giving them a clear picture of their own engagement on Empuls. This two-way view reinforces the culture Empuls is designed to build — recognition becomes an active, visible thread running through daily work rather than a passive notification that disappears.

How It Works Across Integrations

Empuls integrates natively with Slack and Microsoft Teams, which means a peer recognition posted in a Teams channel is automatically captured and displayed on the recipient’s Empuls profile. Employees working across different tools never miss a recognition, and they do not need to log into Empuls separately for acknowledgements to accumulate on their page. For organisations running Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox as their core HRMS, Empuls syncs employee data directly. The profile page always reflects accurate role, tenure, and organisational information alongside the recognition history, making it reliable for both day-to-day reference and structured review cycles.

A Resource for Performance Conversations

When performance review season arrives, employees on Empuls do not need to rely solely on memory to articulate their contributions. The personal profile page acts as a ready-made record — peer endorsements, manager awards, and core value recognitions all time-stamped and available to reference. Both employees and their managers can walk into a review conversation with concrete evidence of cultural alignment and performance contributions, making those conversations more substantive and less dependent on recollection. HR and People teams also benefit from this visibility. The profile page reflects programme reach without requiring manual reporting — if employees are revisiting their own recognition histories, recognition is landing meaningfully rather than vanishing into a feed no one revisits. Empuls stores all recognition data in infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II standards, ensuring that even highly regulated organisations can offer this feature without introducing compliance risk.
