Empuls connects directly to Oracle Fusion and Azure AD B2C through pre-built, out-of-the-box connectors. Once configured, employee records, organizational hierarchies, and access permissions synchronize automatically — eliminating the need for custom middleware or manual data exports. Access control stays consistent with Azure AD B2C, meaning account provisioning and de-provisioning in Empuls reflects changes made at the identity provider level without any manual reconciliation.

Empuls exposes ready-to-use APIs for ingesting employee attributes, public holiday calendars, and product inventory data. These APIs allow HR and IT teams to feed Empuls with the structured data it needs to power personalized rewards catalogues, location-aware holiday recognition, and role-specific experiences — all without manual intervention from the People team. As a practical example, an HR team running Oracle Fusion as its HCM can push work anniversary dates and department hierarchies into Empuls via API. Empuls then automatically triggers recognition workflows and notifies managers to nominate employees — closing the loop between system of record and recognition action in real time.

Empuls integrates natively with Microsoft Teams, pushing recognition moments, milestone alerts, and reward announcements directly into designated Teams channels.
