How employee data flows into Empuls

Empuls syncs employee and organizational master data — including identifiers, employment status, reporting hierarchy, departments, locations, and cost centers — from your HRIS on a scheduled basis. This ensures that eligibility rules, recognition budgets, and reporting always reflect your current org structure. When a new hire is onboarded in Workday or a team reorganization is applied in SAP SuccessFactors, those changes propagate into Empuls automatically.

Authentication and access

Empuls supports SSO via SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0, enabling employees to access the recognition experience through the identity provider your organization already trusts.
