Xoxoday Empuls provides both out-of-the-box standard reports — including Performance, Payout, and Overview reports — and a custom report builder, giving administrators full flexibility to track engagement and rewards data aligned to their organisation’s needs.
Xoxoday Empuls supports two reporting modes: pre-configured standard reports for immediate visibility into key metrics, and a custom report builder for organisations that need more granular or role-specific analytics. Both are available to administrators directly from the platform dashboard without requiring additional configuration or third-party tools.

Standard Reports

Xoxoday Empuls ships with three core reports that are ready to use from day one. The Performance Report displays plan-level KPIs for all participants in your incentive structures. Administrators can filter results by date range, download data as a CSV, and customise which columns appear — including pinning and reordering — to match internal review cadences or reporting formats used in systems like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. The Payout Report gives a detailed transaction log of user earnings within any specified date window. It supports filtering by department, grade, and region, and allows administrators to search by user name or ID. This makes reconciliation straightforward when validating reward disbursements across large, distributed teams. The Overview Report provides a six-month graphical snapshot of platform activity — total logins, redemptions, recharges, and awards — alongside the current account balance. This visual summary is designed for leadership dashboards and quick health-checks rather than data exports.

Custom Reports

Xoxoday Empuls also enables administrators to build custom reports from scratch. You can select specific data fields, apply custom date ranges and sorting criteria, and choose between table and chart visualisation formats depending on your audience. For example, an HR team running a quarterly engagement review can build a report filtered by department and tenure, visualise redemption trends as a bar chart, and share it directly with business unit heads — all without exporting raw data into a spreadsheet. Custom reports can be saved and reshared, making them reusable for recurring reporting cycles. This dual approach means organisations are not forced to choose between speed and precision. Standard reports cover the most common use cases immediately, while the custom builder handles edge cases, one-off audits, and reporting requirements unique to your organisation’s structure.
