Empuls generates role-based, exportable reports on point utilization, redemption activity, and budget usage, with live dashboards compatible with Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Reporting Templates and Export Formats
Empuls supports a full suite of customizable reporting templates built for how HR and finance teams work. Reports are available in Excel (.xlsx), CSV, and PDF formats, and can be pulled on demand or scheduled for regular delivery. Point Utilization Reports come in two views. Department-wise reports capture Total Points Allocated, Points Redeemed, and Balance Points per department, giving HR leaders a clear read on engagement spread across the organization. Employee-wise reports include Employee ID, Redemption Date, and Item Redeemed—useful for audits, compliance reviews, or performance cycle documentation. Monthly Redemption Summaries track total redemptions, top redeemed items, and redemption trends by month. For example, an HR team running a Q4 recognition campaign can pull a December summary to identify peak activity and most-preferred reward categories, then use that data to plan the following year’s budget allocation. Top Performers and High Redeemers reports surface employees by redemption frequency and volume. These export to Excel for HR analysis or display directly in a dashboard view for leadership visibility during talent review cycles. Budget Utilization Reports break down Budget Allocated, Budget Used, and Remaining Budget per department. Available in Excel or PDF, these reports help finance and HR teams demonstrate recognition ROI and keep spend aligned with business outcomes.Live Dashboards and BI Integrations
Empuls includes a Live Redemption Dashboard with real-time activity feeds filterable by Department, Location, and Time Period. The Engagement Trends Dashboard tracks redemption patterns over time, highlights peak usage windows, and surfaces popular reward categories in an interactive view with built-in export options. Both dashboards integrate with enterprise BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Organizations already using these platforms can embed Empuls data into existing reporting infrastructure without duplicating workflows.Role-Based Access Control
Empuls enforces structured access across all reporting surfaces. The HR Engagement Team receives full access to all reports and dashboards in Excel, PDF, and dashboard formats. Department Heads see department-scoped data only, in Excel and dashboard views. Leadership (Skip Manager and above) accesses summary dashboards and budget utilization reports in PDF and dashboard formats. IT and Admin users have backend access limited to integration configuration and troubleshooting. This access model integrates with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Darwinbox, keeping user roles and department hierarchies synchronized without manual administration.
