The available deployment regions and data residency options are as follows: Multi-Tenant Deployment: Component Location Purpose Primary Data Centre AWS India — Mumbai (ap-south-1) Production data storage and processing Disaster Recovery AWS India — Hyderabad (ap-south-2) DR replication and failover Single-Tenant Deployment (Managed Cloud): Data storage and processing location is determined by the client’s preferred cloud provider and region among AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Xoxoday deploys and manages the dedicated environment in the client-specified region. Single-Tenant Deployment (On-Premise / Client Cloud): Data remains entirely within the client’s own infrastructure or cloud account in the region of the client’s choosing.
