Empuls supports native integrations across collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace), HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Zoho People, Freshteam, KRONOS UKG), and SSO providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google, Office 365), enabling HR teams to run recognition programs without leaving the tools their employees already use.

How Empuls fits into your existing HR tech stack

Empuls connects with the tools your employees and HR teams use every day, so recognition and rewards become part of the natural workflow rather than a separate system to log into. Whether your organization runs on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Empuls meets employees where they are. The integration ecosystem is organized into three primary categories: collaboration and communication tools, HRIS and HCM systems, and Single Sign-On (SSO) providers.

Collaboration tools

Empuls integrates with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace. This means managers can send a recognition award directly inside a Slack channel, and the entire team sees it in real time without switching tabs. For organizations on Microsoft Teams, Empuls surfaces peer nominations, anniversary alerts, and reward notifications natively within the Teams interface.

HRIS, HCM, and HRMS platforms

Employee data stays in sync automatically when Empuls connects to your core HR system. Supported platforms include Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Zoho People, Freshteam, KRONOS UKG, and Microsoft Office 365. A typical use case: when a new hire is added in Darwinbox, their profile is automatically provisioned in Empuls, triggering an onboarding milestone campaign without any manual data entry from the HR team. For companies running SAP SuccessFactors, Empuls can pull org hierarchy and role data to power manager-to-peer nomination flows and service anniversary automations aligned to the official employment record.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Empuls supports SSO through Okta, Azure AD, Google, and Office 365. SSO eliminates friction at login and ensures access is governed by your existing identity provider. When an employee is offboarded in Okta, their Empuls access is revoked automatically, keeping your security posture consistent across the stack.
