Empuls is built on an open, API-first architecture designed to connect with the enterprise systems your HR and IT teams already use. Rather than requiring a rip-and-replace approach, Empuls slots into your existing digital workplace and exchanges data automatically across HR, communication, and analytics layers.

HRMS and employee data sync

Empuls integrates with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Darwinbox using secure REST APIs or SFTP file transfers. Once connected, employee master data, reporting hierarchies, departments, and org structures synchronize automatically — eliminating manual CSV uploads and duplicate data entry. Organizations running a proprietary or custom-built HRMS connect through standard API contracts, so no system is excluded by default.

Single Sign-On for unified access

Empuls supports SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and Azure Active Directory for Single Sign-On. Employees authenticate once through their corporate identity provider and reach Empuls directly with no separate login. Access management stays centralized within your existing IT governance framework, and IT teams retain full control over provisioning and deprovisioning.

Collaboration tools: meet employees where they work

Empuls ships with pre-built integrations for Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Slack, and Outlook. A team member using Slack, for example, can acknowledge a colleague’s contribution, view their reward balance, or respond to a pulse survey without leaving the Slack interface. Delivering recognition inside the tools employees already use consistently drives higher participation compared to standalone portals that require separate logins.

Analytics and BI connectivity

Empuls exports engagement, recognition, and survey data to Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake. People Analytics teams can build custom dashboards, track recognition trends alongside performance data, and benchmark engagement metrics over time — all within the BI environments they already manage. Through SDKs and APIs, Empuls also connects with feedback and performance tools such as Glint, CSAT systems, and scorecard platforms, creating a unified view of recognition, learning activity, and engagement scores.

Security across every integration

All integrations run over TLS 1.2 with AES-256 data protection at rest, and traffic passes through Cloudflare WAF.
