Xoxoday conducts background verification for every new hire and for any rehire who rejoins after more than one year of absence. The process is managed entirely by an accredited third-party vendor, ensuring objectivity and consistency regardless of role or geography. This removes the potential for internal bias and creates a documented audit trail for every employee verification. The scope of verification spans four core areas: prior employment history, educational qualifications, legal and criminal records, and KYC details such as age proof and social security credentials. Covering these areas together gives Xoxoday a complete picture of each individual before they gain access to internal systems and customer data.

Verification Outcome Categories

Once the third-party vendor completes the check, results are classified into one of three categories: Green results indicate a clear, positive verification. Onboarding continues without interruption. Amber results require clarification. Xoxoday’s HR team contacts the employee to resolve any discrepancies, and the vendor may be asked to reinitiate parts of the verification until the record is resolved. Red results indicate a negative finding. When repeated Red reports are returned for an individual, employment is terminated immediately with no exception process. This three-tier structure removes ambiguity from hiring decisions and ensures every outcome triggers a defined, documented response.

When Checks Are Initiated

Background checks begin at the point of onboarding. For rehires absent for more than one year, the verification restarts from scratch — prior clearance does not carry forward.
