Xoxoday Loyalife currently supports single-condition audience segmentation for campaign targeting; the ability to combine multiple transaction-based behavioural conditions within a single segment is on the product roadmap and is not available in the current release.
Audience segmentation is central to running loyalty campaigns that drive meaningful engagement. Xoxoday Loyalife provides campaign creation tools that let administrators define audience segments based on member attributes and behaviours, ensuring the right reward reaches the right participant at the right time.

What Xoxoday Loyalife Supports Today

In the current release, Xoxoday Loyalife enables administrators to build audience segments using individual conditions — such as filtering members by transaction type, tier, or activity status. A campaign manager can target members who have never completed a specific transaction category, then configure a reward trigger to nudge them toward that behaviour. For example, a loyalty programme integrated with an HR platform such as Darwinbox or SAP SuccessFactors can segment employees based on programme activity and send targeted campaigns to re-engage inactive participants. This single-condition approach covers a broad range of standard targeting scenarios and works effectively for most campaign objectives.

The Current Limitation: Combined Conditional Logic

Xoxoday Loyalife does not yet support defining multiple transaction-based conditions within a single audience segment. Combining logic such as “members who have never completed a local transfer AND have never performed an international mobile recharge” is not available in the current version. Each condition must be handled as a separate segment, and campaigns targeting overlapping criteria require additional planning at the segment-building stage. Campaign managers working on highly granular targeting will need to structure their audience strategy using single-condition segments or pre-filtered member lists as a near-term workaround.

What Is Coming on the Roadmap

Xoxoday Loyalife has advanced conditional logic on its product enhancement roadmap. The planned update will allow multiple transaction-based behaviours to be combined within a single audience segment definition. Once released, administrators will be able to stack conditions — for instance, “members who have not redeemed points in 90 days AND have never completed a bill payment” — giving campaign teams substantially deeper targeting precision without requiring multiple parallel segments. This enhancement is designed to support enterprises running complex, multi-behaviour loyalty programmes where a campaign objective depends on a combination of member actions or inactions.

Planning Your Campaign Strategy in the Meantime

Until the multi-condition feature is available, Xoxoday Loyalife recommends structuring campaigns around clearly defined single-condition segments. You can create parallel campaigns targeting each condition individually and use Xoxoday Loyalife’s campaign scheduling and audience overlap controls to coordinate messaging and avoid over-targeting. The built-in analytics dashboard lets your team monitor reach and engagement across concurrent campaigns. For organisations managing loyalty programmes alongside tools such as Microsoft Teams or Workday, Xoxoday Loyalife’s existing integrations continue to support audience data sync and campaign delivery without depending on the advanced segmentation feature.
