The platform stores the following categories of data: employee profile information (name, email address, employee ID, department, job title, manager hierarchy, location), recognition and reward transaction data (recognitions sent/received, points balances, redemption history), program configuration data (reward policies, approval workflows, budget allocations), survey responses and engagement analytics, and platform usage and audit logs. Sensitive financial data such as bank account numbers or payment card details are not stored; reward fulfillment is handled through secure third-party payment processors.
