What Administrator Training Covers

Training for system administrators, security admins, and program owners spans the full scope of platform management: navigating the Xoxoday Empuls dashboard, managing user accounts and roles, configuring permissions, creating and publishing recognition programs, using the analytics and reporting suite, and performing basic troubleshooting. Integration setup is covered during training as well. If your organisation uses Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox for HR data, or communicates via Slack or Microsoft Teams, administrators learn how to connect Xoxoday Empuls to these systems so that employee records stay in sync and recognition flows into the tools your teams already use every day.

Session Structure for Admins and Users

The onboarding program includes 2–3 dedicated training sessions for administrators. These sessions are spaced to give admins time to explore Xoxoday Empuls between sessions and return with targeted questions. By the end of the admin training block, your team can independently configure programs, manage users, and run reports without escalating routine tasks. Separately, Xoxoday Empuls conducts 1–2 training sessions for platform users — employees and managers participating in recognition and engagement programs. No Cap on Training or Support

Xoxoday Empuls does not impose a limit on the training provided. The onboarding team remains involved throughout the full implementation lifecycle — from pre-launch planning and platform configuration through program launch and into post-launch support. If new program owners join after go-live, or if your organisation expands its use of Xoxoday Empuls to cover new geographies or business units, the team is available to run additional sessions.
