Empuls connects directly with your Human Capital Management system so that service anniversary data flows in automatically. Upcoming milestones surface in the Empuls dashboard for managers, HR admins, and designated stakeholders without any manual data entry or spreadsheet maintenance. For organizations running Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox, Empuls reads employee join dates and tenure data from the HCM in real time.
