Every action — recognition given or received, comments posted, reactions shared, and other social interactions — contributes to an individual’s activity credit score, which rolls up into team-level aggregates automatically. How Activity Credits Work

Administrators configure which actions earn credits and how many points each action is worth. A peer recognition post might earn five credits, a comment two, and a milestone award ten. These credits accumulate in real time, producing a live ranking of the most active participants in the organisation’s recognition culture. Credit weightings can be adjusted at any time, allowing the programme to evolve alongside business priorities.

Individual Leaderboards
