Xoxoday’s Infrastructure and Cloud Environment

Xoxoday is built and hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), operating as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. All customers share a common, secure infrastructure managed entirely by Xoxoday’s engineering and operations teams. There is no option to host or deploy Xoxoday within a customer’s own Azure environment. This architecture allows Xoxoday to maintain consistent service quality, apply updates universally, and enforce enterprise-grade security standards — including ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type II compliance — without customers needing to manage any underlying infrastructure.

Azure Marketplace: Available for Billing

Although Xoxoday does not run on Azure infrastructure, it is listed on the Azure Marketplace. Organizations that manage software procurement and cloud spend through Microsoft can purchase and bill for Xoxoday through their existing Azure agreement. For IT and finance teams already consolidated on Azure billing, this simplifies vendor management and can count toward Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC). The Azure Marketplace listing gives procurement teams a straightforward path to adopt Xoxoday within an existing Microsoft commercial agreement.

What Integrations Does Xoxoday Support?

Xoxoday connects with the tools and systems enterprise teams already use. On the HRIS side, Xoxoday integrates with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Darwinbox to sync employee data, automate reward triggers, and align recognition workflows with existing HR processes. For communication and collaboration, Xoxoday integrates natively with Slack and Microsoft Teams. Employees can send recognition, redeem rewards, and participate in engagement programs directly inside those tools — without switching applications. These integrations are delivered via Xoxoday’s API layer and pre-built connectors, so IT teams do not need to build or maintain custom middleware.

If your organization’s primary cloud infrastructure is Azure, Xoxoday still functions exactly as expected. The platform is accessed via browser or through native integrations, with no infrastructure-level dependency on a customer’s cloud provider. Teams using Azure Active Directory can connect Xoxoday using standard SAML 2.0 or OAuth-based SSO protocols, enabling seamless authentication without any Azure-specific back-end deployment.
