The deployment region depends on your organisation’s chosen deployment mode. In Dedicated Cloud mode, your organisation selects the preferred region and cloud provider from: AWS, Azure, GCP, or AliCloud; the platform is hosted within your organisation’s own cloud account or within a dedicated Xoxoday-managed VPC in the agreed region. In Multitenant mode, available regions are India (hosted on AWS) and Europe (hosted on Azure). In On-Premise mode, the platform is deployed within your organisation’s own data centers in the Philippines. your organisation’s region preference will be confirmed and formalised during the infrastructure design phase.
