Xoxoday Empuls does not currently offer a native connector that ingests LMS data — such as completed learning hours, certification records, or skill-level updates — directly into the platform. Learning activity that lives inside your LMS does not automatically sync into Xoxoday Empuls through a built-in integration. What Xoxoday Empuls does offer is the Rewards SDK, an embeddable toolkit that takes the opposite approach: rather than pulling data out of your LMS, it brings the recognition experience into it. How the Rewards SDK works inside your LMS Your development or IT team can implement the Rewards SDK within your existing LMS — whether that is a custom-built platform, TalentLMS, Cornerstone OnDemand, or any other system your organisation uses. Once embedded, the SDK lets your LMS trigger a reward event in Xoxoday Empuls at the moment a milestone is reached. For example, when an employee in your organisation completes an ISO 27001 awareness certification inside the LMS, the platform can call the Rewards SDK to immediately credit the employee with recognition points or award a badge — all without the employee leaving the learning environment. The recognition is contextual, timely, and visible at the point of achievement.   • Passing a certification exam or assessment

Each trigger maps directly to the Xoxoday Empuls reward catalogue, which supports points, gift cards, experiences, and other recognition formats depending on your configuration. The LMS integration via Rewards SDK sits alongside these connections rather than replacing them. Recognition data generated through the SDK — points awarded, badges earned — is captured within Xoxoday Empuls and surfaces in engagement dashboards, giving HR and managers visibility into how learning activity contributes to overall recognition trends. The raw LMS data such as assessment scores or course completion timestamps remains in your LMS; Xoxoday Empuls records the recognition outcome.
