At the Xoxoday integration layer: (a) no customer PII is transmitted to AI model APIs; (b) API communication is secured via HTTPS/TLS 1.3; (c) AI provider SDKs are included in the SBOM and scanned for vulnerabilities; (d) AI provider security posture is reviewed as part of third-party risk management.
