Backups are retained in compliance with Xoxoday’s data retention framework. System data (logs, performance metrics) is archived after 7 days on primary storage. Full database backups are retained for the duration defined in the client’s contractual terms, with a standard retention cycle. All backups are encrypted using AES-256, stored in geographically separated AWS Singapore regions, and protected through granular access controls.
