Xoxoday Plum enables administrators to apply complete company branding to the digital rewards catalogue — covering storefront appearance, logo, custom URL, points terminology, and sending domain — entirely through the Admin console.

White-Label Storefront Appearance

Xoxoday Plum gives administrators full control over the look and feel of the digital rewards catalogue without writing a single line of code. From the Admin console, you can set the storefront’s background and accent colours to match your brand palette, configure the page title, and assign a personalised URL key for customer access. This configuration is typically completed once during onboarding and immediately reflects your organisation’s visual identity across the entire redemption experience.

Logo and Brand Identity

Xoxoday Plum displays your company logo prominently across the storefront and in all platform-generated email communications. Upload your logo directly from Admin settings — it is automatically applied to the redemption interface and to transactional emails such as reward delivery and voucher fulfilment notifications. Employees or customers receive communications that look like they originate from your brand rather than a third-party vendor.

Points Terminology

Xoxoday Plum lets administrators rename the default “points” label to any terminology that suits the programme — “Miles,” “Credits,” “Coins,” or a name unique to your rewards scheme. This change propagates across the entire storefront interface and reinforces brand consistency, making the experience feel native to your programme rather than a generic rewards tool.

Branded Email Domain

For organisations running loyalty or incentive programmes at scale, Xoxoday Plum supports authenticating your own sending domain for reward-related emails. Configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain means reward and voucher emails are delivered from your address rather than a shared platform domain. This improves deliverability, reduces the risk of communications landing in spam folders, and builds recipient trust — a meaningful advantage for high-volume programmes.

Embedded Mobile Experience

Where the catalogue is surfaced inside a mobile application, Xoxoday Plum supports embedding the marketplace as a white-label experience within the host app’s UI. The redemption interface adopts the surrounding application’s brand context, maintaining consistency across channels. This is particularly relevant for organisations that have built employee engagement or loyalty apps on platforms like Darwinbox, where a visually disjointed third-party storefront would undermine the overall user experience.

Getting Started

All core branding settings are managed through the Xoxoday Plum Admin console and require no developer involvement. Domain authentication is a one-time DNS change, coordinated with your IT or domain management team. Xoxoday Plum’s implementation team supports both configurations during onboarding.
