Tenant isolation controls depend on the chosen deployment mode. In On-Premise and Dedicated Cloud modes, your organisation receives a fully dedicated environment with no shared infrastructure, eliminating multi-tenancy risk entirely. In Multitenant mode, isolation is enforced across all layers: each tenant operates within a logically separated namespace at the application layer, with tenant-specific identifiers scoping all API requests and database queries. Cross-tenant access is architecturally prevented through strict authorization middleware and tenant-scoped data models.
