## Office 365 Integration

Xoxoday Empuls connects natively with the full Office 365 suite, covering MS Teams, Outlook, and Viva Engage. Employees and managers can interact with Empuls directly from the tools they already use every day, without switching applications or maintaining a separate login context.

MS Teams integration surfaces recognition notifications, milestone alerts, and announcement feeds inside team channels in real time. When a peer receives a spot award or an anniversary milestone is reached, the relevant Teams channel picks up the update instantly, keeping the whole team informed without anyone leaving their workflow.

Outlook integration ensures that reward notifications, performance updates, and system alerts reach users through their existing corporate email. This is particularly valuable for organisations where not all employees are active on Teams or Viva Engage on a daily basis.

Viva Engage integration extends social recognition across the organisation. Appreciation posts and achievement highlights flow into Viva Engage feeds, encouraging broader participation and increasing the visibility of recognition moments beyond a single team or department.

## OKTA Single Sign-On

Xoxoday Empuls supports OKTA-based Single Sign-On, allowing employees to access the platform using their existing corporate credentials. With OKTA SSO active, there is no need for separate Empuls usernames or passwords, reducing friction at login and strengthening your organisation's security posture. IT administrators manage Empuls access from the same identity provider used for the rest of the application stack, keeping access control consolidated and auditable.

## Automated User Provisioning and Deprovisioning

Xoxoday Empuls supports automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning through SSO integrations, including OKTA. When a new employee is added to your identity management system or HRMS — such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox — Xoxoday Empuls automatically creates the corresponding user account and assigns the appropriate role without any manual action required from the HR or IT team.

When an employee leaves, Xoxoday Empuls deactivates the account automatically, ensuring that former employees lose access immediately. This eliminates orphaned accounts and keeps your access management practices aligned with security standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.

For organisations with high employee turnover or rapid headcount growth, automated provisioning and deprovisioning significantly reduces the administrative overhead associated with onboarding and offboarding cycles. Access is always accurate, current, and tied to the authoritative source in your identity provider.
